Costa Blanca Spanish Villas

Luxury Real Estate Photography

I first met José and Antonio the owners of Rimontgó at a luxury real estate conference. Rimontgó is a family-run real estate company founded in 1959 that specializes in high quality property in Spain along the Costa Blanca, Alicante and Valencia region. Ilya’s Photography collaborated with the brothers to provide them with luxury real estate photography services for some of the most beautiful villas in the region.

I flew out to photograph two gorgeous villas in Jávea Spain, a coastal town on the eastern-most point of the Mediterranean Sea. The first property was a classic Spanish Villa located in the heart of the town. It had unique architecture, décor and antiques that followed the traditional styles of Spain. The entry door to the home was a beautiful antique that dated back 500 years. The other villa was entirely different, a contemporary luxury estate with modern architecture. It was a large home run by all state of the art technology. The wine cellar was not located in a cool basement but rather in a fully glass enclosed temperature controlled room located in the kitchen. There is so much to be said about this coastal town of Jávea and these beautiful homes.

Testimonial

“To have the opportunity to work and collaborate with Ilya, was a privilege. We remember fondly his visit to our area of Jávea and Valencia in Spain, when we were lucky enough to meet him and his family again and to have spent such a memorable and fun experience with them all. His visit was brief, but the impact and beauty of his exceptional photography is something that remains with us forever. His extraordinary ability to stimulate our aesthetic appreciation is what makes his photography such an art and such an important contribution to our field our work.  I wholeheartedly recommend his work and look forward to the possibility of future collaborations with him.”
