1st Annual Hint of Pink Fashion Show for the Cure
It was an honor to photograph the 1st Annual Hint of Pink Fashion Show for the Cure at BMW of Seattle hosted by Gregory D. Marks of the TV show Leverage. This exclusive purple carpet event was to raise funds for breast cancer. There was lots of emotion in the room when several breast cancer survivors talked about their battle with this terrible disease. There was a doctor who spoke on the behalf of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center of the struggle with the cancer in the minority community and the poor support provided to them because they are less prone to breast cancer. To close the event on a more lighthearted note there was a fashion runway show put up by Andrea Ward of Concierge of Style and Fashion featuring elegant clothing donated by Wolford Fashions.
